Nissan Rogue Safety Features
Intelligent Cruise Control
The Intelligent Cruise Control goes further than standard cruise control. Traditional systems only allow you to keep driving at a set speed. But with the Intelligent Cruise Control, you can maintain a preset distance from the vehicle ahead of you. The system is also capable of detecting traffic flow and will stop your vehicle accordingly, therefore keeping you safe on the road.
The Steering Assist system ensures you stay safe on the road by helping you keep in your lane when you start to steer away. The system will automatically adjust your steering wheel and bring you back into your lane. The Steering Assist technology will give you more confidence when driving around curves, keeping you perfectly centred.
Intelligent Emergency Braking (IEB)
In addition to the standard features of the emergency braking system, the Intelligent Emergency Braking goes a step further. This technology is also equipped with pedestrian detection and provides visual and audible warnings.
Standard Blind Spot Warning
When a vehicle is located in your blind spot, the blind spot monitoring system will alert you with a visual and audible warning on the Advanced Drive-Assist Display. This technology will help you avoid potential collisions on the road.
Moving Object Detection
The Moving Object Detection has been created to help you when reversing. With the help of the cameras from the Intelligent Around View Monitor, the Moving Object Detection system will warn you if it detects any objects moving behind your vehicle.
High Beam Assist Headlights
The High Beam Assist Headlights are designed to allow you to see better and further at night so you can drive with peace of mind. This technology will automatically turn on your high beam headlights when you need them and turn them off when there’s a vehicle coming ahead.
